On-site consulting services are at the core of services offered by Allegient. Our consultants can assist your organization in reaching maximum operational, financial and compliance efficiency. Specific areas available for consultation include (but are not limited to):

. ACCREDITATION PREPARATION - ACHC
· Operational assessment with specific recommendations
· Staff billing training (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and Private Pay)
. Billing software integration and/or selection
· Customer Service training for item coverage and documentation
· Compliance training including patient chart paperwork
. Patient chart audits for documentation compliance
· Accounts Receivable review and collection strategy implementation
· Speaking engagements (private, trade shows and state associations)

All on-site consulting is charged on a contracted daily rate basis plus all reasonable travel expenses. Contractual retainers for long term engagements will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
